ALBERT'S

Work With Albert's Road Service

We're growing and looking for skilled diesel mechanics who want to do real work, make real money, and be part of a team that takes care of South Florida's trucks.

Why Mechanics Choose Albert's

Competitive Pay

$55,000-$90,000+ depending on experience and performance. We pay well because we need the best. Overtime opportunities are plentiful in a 24/7 operation.

Real Mechanic Work

No oil-change-factory assembly line. You'll diagnose and repair real problems on real trucks — engines, brakes, electrical, aftertreatment, and everything in between. Every day is different.

Independence

Mobile work means you're not stuck in a shop bay all day. You're out in the field, solving problems, helping drivers, and running your service truck like a professional. If you're the kind of mechanic who likes autonomy, this is your job.

Growth Opportunity

We're building something here. As we grow, there are opportunities for lead positions, fleet account management, and potential ownership tracks. Your career path is limited only by your ambition.
