Last week, my boat's Cummins diesel engine wouldn’t start. Calling around to all of our local "marine" mechanics in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami Date counties, all were either unavailable, or simply didn't return my phone calls. Discovered Albert on various online searches and review forums. He immediately answers the phone. Has excellent communications and troubleshooting skills. Offered to jump on my boat the same day to begin troubleshooting. The following week, with the help of his mechanic Carl, they are ordering and installing several engine parts, including high pressure sensor, high pressure fuel pump, and injectors. The engine starts. Carl joins me for a quick sea trial. Rev the engine at various RPMs, including brief WOT. Success! The engine is working great again. Actually, it is performing much better than before. 35% more fuel efficient. Which means we can travel 35% further on our sailing trip between fuel stops. At 35% reduced fuel costs. We are very happy and grateful for Albert's assistance. Awesome that we can rely on Albert for my boat's future diesel needs.
